We have a diverse, passionate team that have genuine heart for the success of young people.
Bright Young Futures requires all members of staff to have or be working towards a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. However, many of our staff members exceed this and have additional qualifications that enhance the support they are able to give our young people; such as: Psychology, Counselling, Youth Work, Social Work and Mentoring.
Bright Young Futures continually encourage and offer opportunities for members of staff to gain qualifications and partake in training for their professional development.
On commencing employment, individuals will have a thorough induction where they are trained appropriately to undertake their role and comply with methods and practices to ensure that they to achieve our required standards.
